Very good advice. For people who need to demonstrate presentation skills the video resume is a very good idea. One of the first things to decide is what to say in your video resume. The following article provides good advice on what to say: http://intervu.me/blog/what-to-say-in-a-video-resume/

Hi Christen
A professional resume writer can likely help you to choose the right wording in your resume to get you past the screeners. They will determine what transferable skills you you have, and can help you highlight those to impress upon you new employer that you can cross over to a new job. There are many great services out there, just use a search engine to find on that specializes in your area.

I'm trying to change careers and I think if I could get an interview I would do well. However, the places I have been applying to have workers that screen applicants. I have an AAS degree for a certain field. I worry they read my title and just go to the next applicant. I feel trapped in this career and would be grateful for any advice.

Thank you
