Pros: We believe this is the best executive job board available, for a couple of reasons: One, it is the only job board we’re aware of you can’t pay your way to get in. (Some posters who have been turned down for free membership have accused them by saying it’s a 6figurejobs scam, but we do not know this to be true) Free members and premium member have to prove that they’ve earned six-figures in the past; a threshold that many executive recruiters us when determining qualified candidates. This way, you’re not competing for visibility with others who are not truly qualified for the position. Second, you can get access and apply to thousands of $100k+ jobs for free, something their competitors don’t allow. If you want additional exposure or more access to jobs, then they have a premium package available.
Cons: It’s approximately the opposite of the first pro; if you’re not already at the level of earning $100,000 annually (or have done so in the past), then they won’t allow you full access into their site.
Our Career Advice: If you think you qualify, sign up for the free, or even the free/confidential membership if you’re still at your old company and looking. This way you can look around, without any commitment or monthly fee. At 10 years and counting, we’ve found this to be an excellent board.
